The international scientific conference DTI 2012 will be the third formal meeting of academic researching in the field of IT technologies and their use in university environment.

The audience will consist of teachers, scientists, young researchers, postgraduate students and engineers from industry, from Poland, Slovakia and neighbouring countries.

The conference will focus on actual use of modern technologies and devices, forthcoming trends as well as the newest innovations in the field.

Themes within the scope of the Conference DTI 2012:

• Modern e-learning technologies and informational systems;
• Operational reliability and safety of technologies and applications;
• Education management, knowledge management, self-learning organization;
• Internet schools and online courses;
• Electronic educational materials and modern interactive teaching aids;
• Modern teaching aids and interactive senzoric modules;
• Virtual laboratories and remote experiments;
• Mobile communication and automotive informational technologies.

The main objective of the International Workshop (after the ending of the Conference DTI 2012) is to share information and facilitate collaboration regarding progressive and innovative forms of education and also dissemination of future collaborative international research in this field.

All papers presented at the Conference sessions and at the poster session will be published in the Conference Monograph.

English, Polish and Slovak are admitted as the conference languages.
